Hi, I'm Denis. For over two decades, I've lived and breathed operations, managing complex supply chains and leading teams to peak performance. My career has been a relentless search for efficiency, but I consistently found myself hitting the limits of traditional tools. I knew the answers were in the data.
This realization catalyzed my in-depth exploration of data analytics. It wasn't a career change, but a necessary evolution. My formal training equipped me to leverage my hands-on experience, enabling me to transition from intuition to irrefutable proof.
Now, I combine a deep understanding of physical operations with advanced skills in SQL, Python, and Tableau to not only identify problems but to model and implement the most effective solutions. Recently, I introduced a “cost per delivered kilogram” KPI and modeled route clustering with up to 30% savings; earlier, a WMS rollout saved 30% on 3PL and 25% on equipment, and supplier negotiations cut COGS 12.7% with write-offs < 1%
